A perfect portable snack, these simply seasoned chickpeas are tossed in olive oil then cooked to crispy perfection in the air fryer. A great afternoon snack or quick meal replacement between meetings or appointments!

Ingredients
- 16 ounces, weight Garbanzo beans or chickpeas, canned
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Open the can of beans and drain. Combine beans, olive oil, garlic powder, salt and pepper in a medium bowl, then toss to coat.
Place in air fryer basket, do not preheat. Bake at 400ºF for 8 minutes. Remove the basket from the air fryer, stir gently and cook for an additional 8 minutes.
Remove from air fryer and let cool. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container for up to a week. Nice snack !
