Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons Butter without salt
- 4 cups Mini Marshmallows
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla
- 5 cups Crispy Rice Cereal
- ½ teaspoon Sea salt
Preparation
Melt the butter in a large saucepan over low heat. Add marshmallows and cook until melted, stirring frequently.
Once melted, stir in the vanilla. Add cereal and stir until completely coated. Press into a buttered 9 x 13 mould. Sprinkle with sea salt.
Let set, about 1 hour. Cut into squares. Drizzle with chocolate and garnish with sprinkles if desired.
