Light and airy, with a splash of lime juice and green onions.

Preparation: 3 minutes

Cook: 10 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cous cous
  • ¾ cups Boiling water
  • 2 whole Shallots cut into matchsticks
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Fresh lime juice
  • Coarse salt and ground pepper

Preparation

Stir couscous into boiling water. Cover and steam, off the heat, until tender, about 5 minutes. Stir with a fork and add the green onions, olive oil and lime juice. Season with coarse salt and ground pepper.
