Ingredients
- 1 cup cous cous
- ¾ cups Boiling water
- 2 whole Shallots cut into matchsticks
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 1 tbsp Fresh lime juice
- Coarse salt and ground pepper
Preparation
Stir couscous into boiling water. Cover and steam, off the heat, until tender, about 5 minutes. Stir with a fork and add the green onions, olive oil and lime juice. Season with coarse salt and ground pepper.
