Savory cheesecake with Greek salad.

- 3 whole Tomatoes, sliced
- 1-½ pound Feta cheese, crumbled
- 2 whole Cucumbers, thinly sliced
- 2 Spring onions, cut lengthwise
- Extra virgin olive oil for drizzling
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Oregano, to garnish (optional)
Preparation
You will need a cake ring. Place the circle on the serving platter and layer the tomato slices (2 to 3 layers are enough). Tuck them in nicely.
Add the crumbled feta. Spread it all around and squeeze it just enough for it to take shape.
Arrange the cucumber slices on top, in a free style. Finally, collect the onion pieces and stick them into the feta on either side, making a nice design.
Refrigerate cheesecake in cake ring until ready to serve. Before serving, slowly remove the ring and drizzle with a little extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper and garnish with oregano if desired. Enjoy!
