Level: Easy
Ingredients
- 1-½ tbsp Salted caramel sauce (I used ice cream topping)
- 1 Freshly brewed espresso
- 1 tbsp Cocoa powder
- 1 cup Milk
- 2 tablespoons Sweetener Or Sugar, Or To Taste
- Cream, additional sauce and sprinkles, for garnish (optional)
Preparation
Place the salted caramel sauce in the bottom of your cup and slowly add the shot of espresso while stirring the mixture. Put aside.
Place the cocoa powder, milk and sugar in a small saucepan over low-medium heat. Bring to a boil, stirring frequently, until the mixture is smooth and free of cocoa powder lumps.
Remove from the heat and gradually pour into the mug with your caramel and coffee mixture, stirring to combine as you pour in the milk mixture.
To garnish (optional): pour desired amount of cream over your mocha, then spoon some extra salted caramel sauce on top. Finish with a few chocolate chips and serve immediately.
