A lesser known Mexican salsa, but with exceptional flavor. I was able to get the dried morita peppers from Amazon.

Ingredients
- ten Tomatillos, quartered
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 4 slices white onion
- seven Dried Morita peppers
- 2 teaspoons Salt
- 2 teaspoons Pepper
Preparation
Sauté the tomatillos for about 4 minutes. Then add the slices of garlic and onion and sauté for 2 minutes. Add the morita peppers and continue to sauté for about 4 minutes.
Turn off the heat and add water until the peppers are covered. Return to the heat and bring to a boil for about 5-7 minutes.
Put everything in a blender. Mix and season with salt and pepper.
