This delicious blend of roasted nuts is slightly sweet and slightly salty, with a touch of spice, maple and rosemary. It’s a perfect appetizer, snack, or holiday gift! Bonus: the recipe is paleo and vegan-friendly!
- 2 tablespoons Best unsalted melt, ghee or oil
- 2 tablespoons Rosemary, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons Maple syrup
- ⅛ teaspoons Cayenne pepper
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- 2 cups Assorted nuts
Preheat the oven to 325ºF.
Melt the butter and add the rosemary, maple syrup, cayenne pepper and salt. Pour over nuts and toss until nuts are evenly coated.
Spread on a baking sheet, making sure the nuts do not overlap. Cook 18 to 20 minutes, stirring halfway through cooking.
