This cocktail is a creamy version of root beer on the “flip” cocktail, and almost reminds me of a root beer float!

Ingredients
- 3 ounces, liquid Not your father’s root beer (alcoholic root beer)
- ¾ ounce, liquid Egg white
- ¾ ounce, liquid VOV Egg Liqueur
- 1 ounce, liquid Overproof Rye Whiskey (We used Rittenhouse Rye)
- Freshly grated nutmeg, to garnish
Preparation
Mix all the ingredients in a shaker (including the root beer). Add ice and shake vigorously. Finely strain into a glass bucket with fresh ice.
Garnish with freshly grated nutmeg.
