This super easy stuffed roasted artichokes recipe is an easy side dish or appetizer.
- 4 whole Artichokes
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 1-½ cup Breadcrumbs, plain
- ⅛ cups Parmiggiano cheese, grated
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ⅛ teaspoons Sea salt
- ⅛ teaspoons Ground black pepper
- 1 whole Lemon, Juice, For Serving
Preheat the oven to 375ºF.
Cut the artichokes in half, then scoop out the fuzzy center or central choke. Place the artichoke halves on a large baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.
Combine breadcrumbs, cheese, garlic, salt and pepper. Sprinkle with artichokes.
Cover the baking sheet with aluminum foil and bake for 35 to 45 minutes or until the hearts are tender. Serve with a drizzle of olive oil and a squeeze of lemon. Enjoy!
