Ingredients
- 3 whole Japanese yams (large)
- 1-½ tbsp Olive oil
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon Paprika
- Salt and pepper
Preparation
Preheat oven to 415ºF and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Peel and cut your yams into similar sized cubes. Place in a bowl and combine the olive oil and seasonings. Continue mixing until evenly coated.
Place on baking sheet. Bake for 30-35 minutes (turn halfway through) and broil for 1-2 minutes. Let cool and serve immediately or store in a glass container.
