All it takes is a few simple ingredients and a hot oven to get crispy, crunchy roasted chickpeas! Eat as a snack or topping your favorite salad.
- 1 box (15 oz size) chickpeas, drained and patted dry
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- ½ teaspoon Kosher salt
Preheat the oven to 400ºF.
Toss the chickpeas with the olive oil and salt and roast for 40 minutes, rotating the pan halfway through the roasting.
