Ingredients

  • 1 whole Big Butternut (squash)
  • 3 tablespoons Unsalted butter, melted
  • ¼ cups lightly packed brown sugar
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 400ºF. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.

Peel the squash and remove the seeds. Cut into ½ to 1 inch cubes. Place on a baking sheet.

Combine butter, sugar, salt and pepper in a small bowl. Pour over the squash. Toss lightly to coat.

Bake for 20 to 45 minutes, depending on the size of the cut squash. The squash will be fork tender. Drizzle with glaze before serving.
