Excellent seasonal rhubarb that turns into a delicious simple syrup. Your summer drinks just got a whole lot better.
- 3 Rhubarb Ribs, Cut Into Sections, Lightly Mashed
- 1 cup Water
- 1 cup Granulated sugar
Simple. Hence the name.
Put everything in a saucepan and bring to a light boil. Stir to dissolve the sugar, then set aside off the heat to cool.
Once cooled, store in the refrigerator.
