This is a dairy-free smoothie powered by healthy fats from coconut and antioxidants from these vibrant fruits.

Preparation: 5 minutes

Update

Ingredients

  • ⅔ cups Fresh or frozen pineapple
  • ½ cups Fresh or frozen raspberries
  • ½ cups Liquid coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoons Canned whole coconut milk (the thick, non-watery part)

Preparation

Simply add all the ingredients in a blender until there are no lumps left.

Note: You can add more liquid coconut milk if you prefer a thinner smoothie, or more canned coconut milk for a thicker smoothie.
