Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons Oil
- 1 Green chili, chopped
- 2 cloves cut garlic
- 1 pound Ground beef
- 2 teaspoons Cumin
- 2 teaspoons Coriander
- ½ teaspoon Cinnamon
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 3 tablespoons Tomato Paste
- 2 tablespoons Hot sauce
- 1 Onion, chopped
- 1 Pepper, chopped
- Taco shells, for serving
- Green olives and dairy-free cheese, for garnish (optional)
Preparation
Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sauté green chili and minced garlic until fragrant. Add the meat and spices then continue cooking until browned.
Add tomato paste and hot sauce, stir until combined.
Add the rest of the vegetables and cook for another 2 minutes or until softened. Remove from fire.
Heat taco shells according to package directions. Fill with meat and enjoy with your favorite toppings.
