Ingredients
- 2 Eggs
- 1 teaspoon Baking soda
- 2 cups Water
- 40 grams vanilla protein powder
- 20 grams Coconut Flour
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1 Ripe banana
- 70 grams oats
- 1 teaspoon Coconut oil, divided
- 50 grams Blueberries and Raspberries
- Honey, Serve
Preparation
In a large bowl, combine the eggs, baking soda, water, protein powder, coconut flour, and cinnamon.
In a blender or food processor, combine ripe banana and oats. Mix into the dough. Add 1/2 teaspoon of coconut oil to the bowl and mix well.
Heat the remaining coconut oil in a skillet. Divide the pancakes and cook over medium heat. Once you see tiny bubbles appear, it’s time to flip the pancake!
Serve drizzled with honey.
