A twist of pomegranate on a classic Piña Colada.

Ingredients
- ¾ cups Coconut Cream
- ⅓ cups Plus 3 tablespoons frozen pineapple juice concentrate
- 1 cup 100% pomegranate fresh juice
- ¾ cups White Rum
- 3 cups Crushed ice
- 3 whole Maraschino cherries with stems, to garnish
- 3 slices Pineapple, for garnish (optional)
- 3 teaspoons shredded coconut, to garnish (optional)
Preparation
In a blender, add coconut cream, frozen pineapple juice concentrate, pomegranate juice, rum and ice. Blend on smoothie setting. Pour into serving glasses.
With a small serving spoon, pour just a little pomegranate juice over the Piña Colada to add color. Garnish with maraschino cherries, fresh pineapple and shredded coconut (optional). Serve right away.
