Delicious vegan and paleo chocolate snowflakes made with homemade dairy-free white chocolate, pomegranate seeds and pistachios.

Ingredients
- 50 grams Dark chocolate
- 4 teaspoons Coconut oil, divided
- 2 tablespoons Cocoa butter
- 1 teaspoon Maple syrup
- ½ whole Grenade
- ¼ cups Pistachios
Preparation
Melt the dark chocolate and mix with 1 teaspoon of coconut oil. Pour into the mold and let harden in the refrigerator.
Melt the cocoa butter and mix with the remaining coconut oil. Add maple syrup or another sweetener of your choice. Pour over the chocolate layer and add the pomegranate seeds and pistachios.
Leave in the refrigerator for a few hours until set, or in the freezer to speed up the process.
