- 1 Apple
- 1 Pear
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger
- 1-½ cup Pineapple
- 1-½ cup Spinach
- 2 tablespoons Chia seeds
- 1 cup Almond milk
- ¼ teaspoons Turmeric powder
- ¼ teaspoons Black pepper
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
Preparation
Quarter the apple and pear and remove the stems and seeds. Add all ingredients to blender and blend to desired consistency. Enjoy!
