This refreshing green smoothie is packed with anti-inflammatory benefits. Sweet tropical flavors with a touch of ginger and turmeric.

Preparation: 5 minutes

To cook: 5 minutes

Serves: 2

Ingredients

  • 1 Apple
  • 1 Pear
  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger
  • 1-½ cup Pineapple
  • 1-½ cup Spinach
  • 2 tablespoons Chia seeds
  • 1 cup Almond milk
  • ¼ teaspoons Turmeric powder
  • ¼ teaspoons Black pepper
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil

Preparation

Quarter the apple and pear and remove the stems and seeds. Add all ingredients to blender and blend to desired consistency. Enjoy!
