Start the day with this delicious gluten-free and dairy-free Cinnamon Pineapple Porridge.
- 50 grams Gluten Free Oatmeal
- 3 tablespoons Crushed pineapple, divided
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 350 milliliters Waterless or dairy-free milk
- 2 teaspoons honey or maple syrup
Place rolled oats, 2 tablespoons crushed pineapple, cinnamon and water or milk in a saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a boil and simmer for 4 to 5 minutes. Remove from fire.
Garnish with remaining crushed pineapple and honey. I also added raisins, raspberries and walnuts.
