Bright pineapple and creamy coconut combine to create this easy drink.
- 2 ounces, liquid White Rum
- 3 ounces, liquid Pineapple juice
- 1-½ ounce, liquid Coconut Cream
- ¼ ounce, liquid Lime juice
- Ice, as needed
- Maraschino cherries and pineapple wedge, for garnish (optional)
In the blender, combine the white rum, pineapple juice, coconut cream, lime juice and ice. Blend until smooth.
Pour into a chilled glass (usually a hurricane glass). Garnish with maraschino cherries and pineapple wedges if desired.
