Pecan, cranberry and avocado salad with orange vinaigrette.

Ingredients
- FOR THE SALAD:
- 10 sheets Frilly purple lettuce
- 1 head (small) gem lettuce
- ½ medium cucumber
- 2 Oranges
- ½ Granny Smith Apple
- ½ average lawyer
- ¼ cups Cranberries
- ¼ cups pecan nuts
- FOR SCREWING:
- ½ Lemon, juice
- 1 Orange, Juice
- ½ tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 2 teaspoons Dear
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Wash the lettuce leaves well then arrange them on a large platter around a small bowl (which will contain the dressing).
Cut the cucumber into small pieces, cut the oranges into quarters and cut the apple and avocado into thin half-moon slices. Place them all on the lettuce leaves then sprinkle them with cranberries and pecans.
To mix together dressing ingredients together and pour into the small bowl in the center of the salad.
