A little Greek yogurt, fresh pears, a handful of my Honey Fig Granola and chopped pistachios are the perfect combination for those cups of parfait. You get the best of both worlds: tangy and sweet, crunchy and creamy, served as a delicious breakfast you don’t have to shed an ounce of guilt over.
- ⅓ cups Plain or Greek yogurt
- ½ pear, sliced or chopped
- 2 tablespoons Granola
- 2 tablespoons chopped pistachios
- Honey for watering
Spread the ingredients in a cup or bowl, starting with the yogurt. Garnish with pear, granola, pistachios and a drizzle of honey on top. Eat immediately. Seriously. What are you waiting for?
