Easy and simple peanut butter truffles that are the perfect spin on a delicious cup of Reese!

Ingredients
- 1 tbsp Honey
- ½ cups Creamy natural peanut butter
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- 1 cup Superfine Blanched Almond Flour
- ½ cups dark chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon coconut oil
Preparation
In a bowl, add the honey and peanut butter and mix with a pinch of salt. Slowly add to the almond flour and mix until fully incorporated.
Roll into 1/2 inch balls and place on a baking sheet. Freeze for 5 minutes just to harden.
While they freeze, take some chocolate chips and coconut oil and place them in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave for 30 seconds. Take out and stir, then return to the microwave for another 30 seconds. Take out and keep stirring until all the shavings are dissolved and you are left with a slightly thick chocolate sauce.
Take out the peanut butter balls and dip them in the chocolate. Return to baking sheet. Sprinkle a little sea salt on top of each if desired.
Allow to harden on the counter before returning to the fridge in an airtight container.
