These Peanut Butter Snickers Cookies are the perfect recipe for using up leftover candy. Use any small candy bar like Snickers or Milky Ways and fill the best peanut butter cookie there is.

- 1 cup Softened butter
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons Vanilla
- 2 Eggs
- 1 cup Creamy Peanut Butter
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon Baking soda
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- 3 cups Flour
- 1 package (9.10 oz size) Snickers Unwrapped Bites Or Snickers Minis
Preparation
In a large bowl, cream the butter and sugars. Stir in vanilla, eggs and peanut butter. Combine baking powder, baking soda, salt and flour. Stir until combined.
Shape the dough around each piece of candy, making sure the bar is completely covered. (To do this I use a small cookie scoop and take one scoop of dough, place a Snickers bar in the center and gently press down. Then cover with a second scoop of dough. Fold the dough around so that no part of the candy bar is visible. .)
Place the cookies on a large baking sheet, leaving enough space between them. Bake 12 to 15 minutes at 350ºF, until edges are lightly browned. Do not overcook.
