- 60 grams Oatmeal
- 3 tablespoons Ground coconut
- 80 grams Agave syrup
- 30 grams chopped peanuts
Preparation
Add the peanut butter, oats, ground coconut, and agave syrup to a food processor and pulse over high heat until a sticky mixture begins to form.
Transfer the mixture to a large bowl. Add the chopped peanuts and knead with your hands until combined.
Shape the mixture into balls.
