This Banana Peanut Butter Oatmeal Recipe with Almond Milk is a healthy 4-ingredient way to start the day! Vegan, gluten-free and kid-friendly too!

Preparation: 5 minutes

Serves: 1

Ingredients

  • ½ cups Old fashioned rolled oats (not quick oats, gluten free if needed)
  • 1-½ tbsp Peanut butter powder
  • ½ cups Banana, Mashed, Plus Extra For Serving
  • ½ cups Unsweetened vanilla almond milk

Preparation

Combine rolled oats and powdered peanut butter in a bowl. Add banana and milk and stir until well blended. Cover and refrigerate for at least 6 hours.

Garnish with extra banana and devour!
