Pancakes are iconic to any American breakfast or brunch, and for good reason! They are so delicious and so versatile. I love these almond milk pancakes.
- 2 Eggs
- 4 tablespoons Canola oil
- 2 cups Unsweetened almond milk
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla
- 4 teaspoons baking powder
- 2 cups Plain flour
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 2 tablespoons Splenda Sugar Substitute
In a small mixing bowl, whisk eggs, oil, milk and vanilla.
In another mixing bowl, combine the baking powder, flour, salt and sugar. Add the flour mixture to the egg mixture and mix until just combined.
Prepare pancakes as desired on a griddle or skillet over medium heat. Serve hot!
