An easy vegetable side that won’t heat up your kitchen and wait for the oven to preheat or compete for oven space/temperature. Grab your bag of frozen vegetables, add a drizzle of olive oil and you’re about 20 minutes away from golden pan-roasted veggies that are an easy side dish anytime!

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 1 bag (10 oz size) Any variety of frozen vegetables
- 2 teaspoons Seasonings (your choice, to taste)
Preparation
Add olive oil to your skillet and heat over medium high heat. Add frozen vegetables and seasonings. Cook covered, stirring every 5 minutes or so.
Once the vegetables begin to brown, stir every minute until they’re as brown as you’d like.
If you are working with a harder vegetable, leave the lid on for a few minutes after removing the pan from the heat to soften them sufficiently. Serve immediately.
