This paleo breakfast pizza takes less than 30 minutes to make and tastes almost the same as the real thing. Perfect for entertaining a weekend brunch crew.

- 1 box (6 oz size) Caulipower Paleo Cauliflower Pizza Crust
- ½ cups Organic Tomato Sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 pinch Mexican oregano
- 2 slices Garett Valley Sugar Free Bacon, Paleo Compliant
- 2 Eggs
- 5 sheets Basil
- Maple syrup or honey, for drizzling (optional, if not paleo)
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 425ºF.
In a small bowl, combine the tomato sauce, salt, pepper and Mexican oregano. Add to pizza crust. Put in the oven and cook for 10 minutes.
While crust bakes, cook bacon and eggs (sunny side up) halfway through cooking. Cut the bacon into small pieces.
Remove the crust from the oven and add the basil, eggs and bacon. Return the pizza to the oven for 1-2 minutes to allow the toppings to set.
Remove and drizzle with maple syrup (or honey) if not paleo.
