Paleo banana pancakes! Lightly, naturally sweetened using only banana. So moist and so filling, you’ll love them!

Ingredients
- 2 Eggs
- ½ Banana puree
- ¼ cups Almond powder
- 2 tablespoons Coconut Flour
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
- ¼ teaspoons Baking soda
- 1 tbsp Nut milk
- Pinch of salt
- Chocolate chips, to taste
Preparation
Mix the eggs and banana well. Once combined, add the flours, baking powder, baking soda, nut milk, salt and chocolate chips.
Pour 2-3 tablespoons of batter into a greased skillet and cook until bubbles appear on top. Flip and cook until golden on the other side. You can add chocolate chips on top of the pancakes before flipping them.
Makes about 9 silver dollar sized pancakes.
