Ingredients
- 4 cloves minced garlic
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 8 ounces, weight Sour cream
- 1 teaspoon Kosher salt
- ¼ teaspoons Black pepper
- 1 tbsp Dried chives
- 1 tbsp Dried chopped onion
Preparation
In a skillet over medium heat, melt the butter. Fry the minced garlic in the butter, until golden and fragrant. Let cool slightly.
In a bowl, combine the cooled butter mixture and the remaining ingredients. Cover and refrigerate overnight (or at least several hours).
The next day, just stir and serve!
