Ingredients
- FOR THE OATS:
- 1 tbsp Chia seeds
- 5 tablespoons Rolled rolled oats
- 4 tablespoons Coconut yogurt (vegan)
- 60 milliliters Unsweetened non-dairy milk
- FOR GARNISH :
- 5 whole Fresh blueberries
- 6 set fresh gooseberry
Preparation
In a small mason jar (or small glass), add the chia seeds, ground oats, coconut yogurt, and non-dairy milk. Mix until combined. Tighten lid (or cover with plastic wrap). Place the jar in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or overnight (better).
Add fresh blueberries and red current on top of the oats overnight.
