Sweet oven-roasted corn is incredibly easy, so reliable and appetizing. You can prepare it and put it in the oven in about ten to fifteen minutes.
- 6 ears Shelled corn and silk removed
- ½ cups Softened butter
- 1-½ tsp Sea salt
- 1 teaspoon Ground fresh pepper
- ¾ teaspoons garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoons onion powder
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
Rub corn with softened butter. You will have some butter left over for lathering after roasting.
In a small bowl, combine sea salt, ground pepper, garlic powder and onion powder. Sprinkle with corn and put in the oven.
Cook for 15 minutes. Turn over and coat with remaining butter. Bake another 15 minutes.
