Delicious oatmeal, apple and cinnamon pancakes.

Ingredients
- 2 cups Ground oats
- 1 cup All purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon Baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- ¼ teaspoons Salt
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 Large sliced apple
- 1 cup Whole milk
- 1 Egg
- 1 tbsp Melted butter
Preparation
Place rolled oats, all-purpose flour, cinnamon, baking soda, baking powder, salt and sugar in a bowl.
In the bowl of a blender or food processor, add the apple slices and milk. Mixed. Add the milk and apple mixture to the bowl. Add egg and butter. Stir until well blended.
Heat a greased skillet or nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the pancakes as desired, using about 2 ounces of batter for each pancake.
