Ingredients
- 1 cup Shortening
- 2 cups Butter, at room temperature
- 2 cups Nutella hazelnut spread
- 6-½ cups Granulated sugar
Preparation
In a large bowl and using a hand mixer, beat shortening and butter until smooth and creamy. Add Nutella mixture until smooth.
Slowly add the powdered sugar ½ cup at a time until it becomes thick. Keep adding until it’s the right consistency. If it is too liquid, add a little powdered sugar until it has the desired consistency.
If it’s too firm, add 1 tablespoon of milk or water.
