Quick and healthy recipe for breakfast based on pre-cooked nopales.
- 1 tbsp Vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons Green onion, chopped
- ⅔ cups Precooked nopal
- 2 Eggs
- Salt to taste
Add the oil to a skillet over medium heat. Add chopped green onions and sauté for 1 minute.
Add the nopales and cook for 1 to 2 minutes. Add the eggs and cook until tender, stirring as needed. Add salt to taste.
Serve with beans and warm corn tortillas.
