Granola without oats, or in other words, toasted nuts and seeds.
- 1-½ cup Nuts
- ⅔ cups Seeds
- ⅓ cups flax meal
- ⅓ cups Hemp hearts (optional)
- 4 tablespoons Unsalted butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons Honey
Combine all ingredients in a medium sized mixing bowl. Spread the mixture on a well-buttered or parchment-lined baking sheet.
Bake at 350ºF for 20-30 minutes or until lightly browned.
