Ideal as a quick snack, breakfast, post-workout snack or dessert!

Preparation: 7 minutes

Cook: 5 minutes

Level: Easy

Serves: 5

Ingredients

  • 160 grams Oatmeal
  • 20 grams Oatmeal
  • 80 grams Almond butter
  • 80 grams Dried cranberries
  • 75 grams Chopped raw almonds
  • 100 grams Agave syrup
  • ½ teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil

Preparation

Line an 8-inch square baking dish with parchment paper and set aside.

Add all the ingredients to a large mixing bowl and mix everything together with your hands (no spatula needed).

Transfer everything to a baking dish and, with your fingers, press into a flat layer. Refrigerate at least 2 hours or overnight.

Cut into bars or squares. Serve and enjoy.
