No-Bake Energy Balls are a great healthy alternative to store-bought pre-packaged snacks. These healthy peanut butter balls are easy to make and delicious!
- 1-½ cup Old fashioned oats
- ⅓ cups Dear
- ½ cups Creamy Peanut Butter
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla
- ½ cups Mini M&M candies (or chocolate chips)
Mix oats, honey, peanut butter and vanilla in bowl until blended. Add M&M’s.
Roll about 1 tablespoon of the mixture into a small ball and place it on parchment paper. Repeat until all the batter is used. Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator for later.
