- FOR SCREWING:
- ¼ cups Champagne vinegar
- ¼ cups Olive oil
- 2 cloves Garlic, diced
- 4 tablespoons Water
- 2 teaspoons Agave nectar, or more or less, to taste
- Salt
- Cracked pepper
- FOR THE SALAD:
- 8 cups Napa cabbage, sliced into 1/2-inch strips
- 1-½ cubes Thinly sliced sweet onion
- 1 cup Chopped parsley
Preparation
Mix the salad dressing ingredients together and let sit at room temperature for a few minutes while preparing the salad ingredients.
In a large bowl, mix Napa cabbage, onions and parsley until evenly distributed. Water in the dressing a little at a time, stirring between each addition, until the salad is well seasoned.
Serve immediately.
