This is a very easy to make, healthy and delicious recipe for your baby! It’s perfect for toddlers transitioning to solid foods. Your baby will become addicted to this traditional Korean recipe.

Ingredients
- 25 grams Dried seaweed
- 227 grams Organic Grass Fed Ground Beef
- 6 cloves Garlic, minced, divided
- 3-½ tablespoons Soy sauce soup, divided
- 1 tbsp sesame seed oil
- 8 cups Water
Preparation
Soak the dried seaweed in water for 10 minutes.
Add the ground beef to a large bowl along with 2 minced garlic cloves and 1 tbsp soy sauce. Put aside.
After 10 minutes, rinse and clean the algae 2-3 times. Cut into small pieces. Add 2 minced garlic cloves, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce and sesame oil.
Sauté the beef mixture over medium-high heat without using oil. When about 80% of the beef is browned, add the water, then the seaweed mixture. Bring to a boil. When the water begins to boil, lower the heat to medium and cook for 30 minutes.
Add the rest of the minced garlic and the soy sauce soup, then cook for another 5 minutes.
