This delicious slow cooker Mississippi roast is made with 5 simple ingredients and less than 10 minutes of prep time. The prep time for this pot roast is so minimal, making it one of our favorite comfort meals. I like to serve it with creamy mashed potatoes or Amish egg noodles.
