Refreshing black iced tea with mint and coconut milk, this drink is smooth and creamy.

- 7 cups Water
- 4 bags (Individual size) Black tea (English breakfast tea is good)
- ½ cups brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon Cardamom
- ¼ cups Fresh mint tea leaves
- 1 box (Size 14 oz) Coconut Milk
Preparation
Boil water and turn off the heat. Add the tea bags and steep for 5 minutes. Remove the tea bags.
Add brown sugar, cardamom and mint tea leaves. Boil the tea again for just 1 minute to extract the flavors of the fresh mint and ensure that the sugar is completely dissolved. Turn off the heat and let cool.
Once the tea has cooled, refrigerate until cold. Meanwhile, place the coconut milk in the refrigerator to chill it as well.
For each serving, add ice to a tall glass, followed by 1/4 cup coconut milk and 1 cup tea. Mix and serve.
