These Mini Bacon Cheeseburger Bites are perfect for your next game party, neighborhood night or kids sleepover! They are so easy and absolutely delicious.

Ingredients
- 27 Crispy potatoes (found in the freezer section)
- ¾ pounds Lean ground beef
- 2 pinches Salt
- 2 pinches Ground fresh pepper
- 2 pinches onion powder
- 3 slices yellow american cheese
- 3 slices Crispy Cooked Bacon
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 400ºF.
Arrange Crispy Crowns in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes, turning halfway through.
Meanwhile, in a small bowl, combine ground beef, salt, pepper and onion powder. Shape into small patties about 1 inch in diameter and relatively flat. Place in a single layer on a separate baking sheet. Bake for 10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
Divide each slice of cheese and bacon into nine. On a baking sheet, top each crispy crown with a burger, a slice of cheese and bacon. Return to oven until cheese is melted, about 2 to 3 minutes.
Note: You can simultaneously cook the Crispy Crowns and the Burgers in the same oven, only on different baking sheets.
