- 1 bag (10 oz size) Shredded Carrots
- Canola oil, for frying
- Fresh rosemary and sea salt, for seasoning
- Orange zest, to garnish
Spread the carrots on paper towel and let them dry for about 10 minutes.
Add about 3 inches of oil to a deep fryer or skillet. Heat the oil to 350°F. Use a frying thermometer to check for the correct temperature.
Working in batches, carefully add the carrots to the hot oil. Use a spider-shaped colander to place the carrots in. The carrots will take 2-3 minutes to cook.
Remove from oil and place on absorbent paper to drain. Immediately season with rosemary sea salt and garnish with orange zest. Enjoy!
