Ingredients
- 1 cup Frozen Pineapple
- ½ cups Lawyer
- ⅓ cups Greens, such as spinach or kale
- ½ cups Almond or coconut milk
- 2 teaspoons Matcha powder
- ½ Banana
Preparation
Place all ingredients in a high speed blender and blend well. If it’s too thick, add more milk; if it’s too runny, add more ice or another half banana.
If you want it to be a smoothie bowl, it has to be thick.
