This matcha smoothie is packed with so many goodness and will start your day off right. Make it for a quick breakfast or an afternoon pick me up. Gluten Free, Vegan, Paleo, Whole30.

Preparation: 5 minutes

To cook: –

Level: Easy

Serves: 1

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Frozen Pineapple
  • ½ cups Lawyer
  • ⅓ cups Greens, such as spinach or kale
  • ½ cups Almond or coconut milk
  • 2 teaspoons Matcha powder
  • ½ Banana

Preparation

Place all ingredients in a high speed blender and blend well. If it’s too thick, add more milk; if it’s too runny, add more ice or another half banana.

If you want it to be a smoothie bowl, it has to be thick.
