Oatmeal matcha latte easy, healthy and filling. It’s the perfect way to warm up on cold fall days and frosty winter mornings.
- ¾ cups Water
- ½ cups Oatmeal
- ¼ cups Whole milk, plus more to serve
- 2 teaspoons Sugar, vanilla sugar or honey
- ½ teaspoon Matcha powder
- ⅛ teaspoons Salt
In a small saucepan, combine all the ingredients. Stir until well blended, then set to high heat with the lid on. Bring to a boil then reduce the heat to low. Cook, stirring often, until oats are thick and creamy, about 2 minutes for quick oats, 7 to 10 minutes for old fashioned.
Serve hot with extra milk.
