Level: Easy
Ingredients
- 1 box (16 1/2 oz size) Marbled Fudge Cake Mix
- 2 teaspoons Water
- ½ cups Vegetable oil
- 2 Eggs
- ½ cups Semi-sweet chocolate chips
- ½ cups Neapolitan M&Ms, and more to squeeze into baked cookies
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 350ºF. Line baking sheets with parchment paper to make removing cookies easier!
In separate bowls (one large for the vanilla and one small for the chocolate), combine the vanilla and chocolate batters of the cake mix, using the water, oil and eggs. Slowly stir the chocolate batter into the vanilla batter, being careful not to overmix. This should create a marbled effect.
Stir in chocolate chips and M&Ms, being careful not to overmix. Refrigerate the dough for 15 to 30 minutes to make it easier to work with.
Roll the dough into balls about 1 1/2 tablespoons. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, until cookies are set.
Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes. While cooling, squeeze some M&M’s into the cookies to color them. Transfer to a cooling rack. Once cooled, enjoy!
