A refreshing Indian smoothie known as lassi. Fresh mango, yogurt, sugar and cardamom make this a great drink on a hot day.

Preparation: 5 minutes

Cook: 2 minutes

Level: Easy

Ingredients

  • 1 whole Mango, peeled, chopped
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 cup Cold milk
  • ½ cups Ice cubes
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 whole Cardamom pod, seeds only

Preparation

Add everything to a blender and blend until smooth.

It’s smooth, creamy and slightly sweet. It’s perfect any summer afternoon.
